Subscriptions (Wild / Minimal Paths)

Anti-Diary subscriptions follow a monthly reveal system. Each month’s Edition colour is revealed on the 1st of the month and is available to purchase until the 8th of the month. During this reveal window, you may swap, pause or cancel your subscription.

At midnight on 8th of the month UK time, the upcoming month is locked for production. Once locked, subscription orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-swappable, as they are printed to order.

Subscriptions are non-returnable for a change of mind.


Monthly Drops (Single Month Purchases)

Monthly colour drops are printed to order in the same cycle as subscriptions and follow the same lock rules. These are also non-returnable for a change of mind.


Single Diaries (Founder Pledge)

For one-off, non-dated single diaries, we offer our Founder Pledge:

If you try it for a month and it genuinely doesn’t work for you, return it lived-in within 30 days, and a short note to improve, we’ll refund you the purchase price.

The Founder Pledge must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid for by the customer. Refunds are processed once the diary is received.


Made to Order & Cosmetic Variation

Anti-Diary is printed in small monthly batches using a matte finish. Minor handling marks, light scuffs, or small printing artefacts are normal in short-run matte production and are not considered defects.

Defects are defined as issues that affect the diary’s function or durability (e.g. spine faults, misbinding, torn pages, major ink streaks, or mis-shipments). Defective items will be replaced at no cost.


Faulty Batches & Quality Issues

In the rare event that a production issue affects a batch, we may:

  • Substitute from on-hand founder inventory, or

  • Ship a replacement in the next dispatch window.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

UK deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived 10 business days after its dispatch, email us, and we’ll help trace it.

If it cannot be located, we will send a replacement once. Refunds are not provided for lost parcels.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Digital Goods

Anti-Diary currently does not offer digital products. If/when digital downloads are introduced, they will be non-refundable upon purchase.
